THE PRODUCT:


With the Mobile App, users have the ability to manage their account and complete transactions from anywhere at any time 24/7, whether they are at work, commuting, or just on the go, they can view account statements and make remittances with ease.

The app also allows for personalization of the home screen, checking account balances, managing and scheduling utility bill payments, adding top-ups to prepaid mobile and DTH accounts, paying Visa credit card bills, and instant money transfers via IMPS (Immediate Payment Service).

Additionally, users have control over their debit card and the ability to request a checkbook, all accessible with just a few clicks on their phone.

PROJECT GOAL:


Increase the usability and user satisfaction of IDBI Bank's 'Go Mobile+' app by streamlining navigation, simplifying account setup, and enhancing core banking features to ultimately increase the adoption rate of the app's core features.

By using data-driven insights to inform design decisions, I aim to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly mobile experience, ultimately improving user satisfaction and engagement and strengthening IDBI Bank's position in digital banking.
